They have museum exhibiting their lifestyles, you can meet the head of Veddas and his family. U can watch kiri koraha dance. But you have to pay some money for the waddda people.

There are nicely built musiums you can visit and learn lot about the ancient sri lankans, how they survive and the tools they crafted. We were lucky enough to meet the leader of this group as well.
